Associate Fellow (AFNREA)
To become an Associate Fellow you need to be able to satisfy one of the following criteria.
- Hold a current real estate licence.
- Successfully completed a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) plus have at least five years proven sales or property manager experience within the real estate industry
- Have at least ten years proven sales or property manager experience within the real estate industry.

Fellow (FNREA)
To become a Fellow you need to be able to satisfy one of the following criteria.
- Have been an Associate Fellow for at least five (5) years.
- Have a current real estate licence together with at least five years record of business and/or organisational leadership within the real estate industry
- Holder of Diploma or Degree level qualifications in real estate/property services together with at least five years record of business and/or organisational leadership within the industry.
